This functionality provides users with a comprehensive enterprise employee and manager appraisal system. The system consists of the following elements:
  • Preset appraisal questionnaires and builders enabling development of performance appraisal questionnaires based on a wide range of appraisal and question types. The preset tools offered by the system were developed based on our long and proven experience in developing performance appraisal tools and they are the TPMS performance rating and 3600 questionnaires.
  • A powerful functionality supports users would prefer to develop their own performance appraisal questionnaires
  • A performance appraisal management module designed to allow users maximum flexibility in planning their performance appraisal projects, defining the assessor-appraised statuses and links, monitoring the appraisal process, and managing it.
  • An advanced module delivering the relevant questionnaires to every assessor, collecting and scoring the appraisals, managing the feedback that is sent to the employee and all other delivery-related aspects.
  • A powerful reporting system generating personalized and a general reports detailing the performance profiles at individual, group and organizational levels. The large selection of available reports is organized according to the different levels of the organizational hierarchy and other parameters

Interfaces and import and export capabilities allow exchange of information with the organization's ERP and HRM systems thereby enabling replication of the organization's structure, analysis relating appraisals to actual performance, etc.
  


The Organizational Surveys module offered by Tmurot's Talent and Performance Management System (TPMS) enables users to build, administer, monitor, and view results of organizational surveys while using a wide range of question types. In addition to offering state-of-the-art pre-set surveys, the system enables the user to develop and customize organizational surveys in areas such as organizational culture, measuring internal service level, identifying training needs, monitoring quality, and more. The system's powerful reporting functionality allows extensive study of the information collected, presentation and investigation of the data by different statistics, comparisons at any organizational level, display of the results in different textual and graphical modalities, etc. The large selection of available reports is organized according to the different levels of the organizational hierarchy and other Interfaces and import and export capabilities allow exchange of information with the organization's ERP, operations, and HRM systems thereby enabling analysis relating the findings to additional relevant data.
  


The Customer Surveys module offered by Tmurot's Talent and Performance Management System (TPMS) enables the user to build, administer, monitor, and view results of on-line customer satisfaction and other customer-related surveys using a wide range of question types. In addition to offering highly professional pre-set surveys, the system enables the user to develop and customize their own surveys. The system's powerful reporting functionality allows extensive study of the information collected, ‘drill down' and monitoring of specific cases until an open service issue is resolved, presentation and investigation of the data by different statistics, comparisons at any organizational level, display of the results in different textual and graphical modalities, etc. Interfaces and import and export capabilities allow exchange of information with the organization's ERP, operations, and HRM systems thereby enabling analysis relating the findings to additional relevant data.

  • Translation of the organization's strategy into objectives and measures for every organizational level.
  • Identification of relationships between performance ratings, measurements, and objectives.
  • Performance data is presented for every unit/ level/ manager according to the objectives defined for specific level/ manager (sales, costs, etc.)
  • Managers are provided with information about their performance and achievement status at agreed upon intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
  • Graphic "clock"-type presentation of relevant performance measures and parameters (money, time, percentage of improvement, survey ratings, etc.).
  • Standardized performance measures allowing benchmarking.
